Anantnag Police Book Political Leader Aabid Hussain Nengroo in ₹8.25 Lakh Job Scam Case

Anantnag Police have registered a case against political leader Aabid Hussain Nengroo over an alleged ₹8.25 lakh job scam.

According to police, Nengroo allegedly took money from a person after promising to arrange a Special Police Officer (SPO) job.He is also accused of promising permission to set up a tent in Pahalgam during the Amarnath Yatra. Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Anantnag Police shared details of the case in a post on X, stating that a case has been registered against the political leader in connection with the alleged scam.Police said FIR No. 283/2026 has been registered at Anantnag Police Station.

The allegations are currently under investigation, and further details are expected as the inquiry progresses.
