Paras Health Srinagar to Hold Free Multispeciality Health Camp on August 23

Paras Health Srinagar will organise a free multispeciality health camp on August 23, offering residents an opportunity to consult specialists across more than a dozen medical fields.

Free Specialist Consultations

Residents attending the camp will be able to receive free consultations in a wide range of specialties, including:

  • Medical and Surgical Oncology
  • Obstetrics and Gynaecology
  • Gastro Sciences
  • Neurology
  • Neurosurgery
  • Pulmonology
  • Nephrology

  • Rheumatology

Participants will also receive free blood pressure and blood sugar tests.

The hospital said laboratory and radiology services will additionally be available at a 20 per cent discount during the camp.

Focus on Preventive Healthcare

Dr Murtuza Haibib, Facility Director at Paras Health Srinagar, said the initiative is intended to promote preventive healthcare, early diagnosis and timely medical consultation.

He said the camp would bring together specialists from different medical fields and give residents an opportunity to seek expert advice on a variety of health concerns.

Dr Shafat Ahmad Kenu of Paras Health Srinagar said the initiative would allow individuals and families to interact directly with specialists and seek guidance on medical conditions that may otherwise remain untreated or undiagnosed.

The specialist panel will include consultants in cardiology, orthopaedics, pulmonology, oncology, surgical gastroenterology, gastroenterology, neurosurgery, neurology, internal medicine, rheumatology, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, nephrology and urology.
