Samba: The body of a 29-year-old man was found in a field in Maharajpur village of Ramgarh area in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district on Friday, officials said.

According to an official, some locals noticed the body lying in the field and subsequently informed the police.A police team reached the spot and took the body into custody before launching an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Police have initiated proceedings and are examining the circumstances in which the body was found.Further details, including the cause of death, are awaited as the investigation continues.
