A man died after losing control of his motorcycle and falling from it in the Mandleek Nagar area of Toph Sherkhania in Jammu on Friday, officials said.
An official told the news agency Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the rider lost control of the motorcycle near Mandleek Nagar and fell, suffering serious injuries.
He was immediately taken to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.The deceased was later identified as Parveen Sharma, a resident of Bantalab, Jammu.
Meanwhile, his body has been shifted to the GMC Jammu mortuary for a post-mortem examination.Police have started an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
