Khushboo Jan, who was associated with BJP politics in Anantnag, said she had already submitted her resignation and was no longer part of the party.
“I am no longer associated with BJP. I have already resigned along with my workers,” she said.
Khushboo Jan Warns of Legal Action
Khushboo Jan also announced plans to initiate legal action over what she described as baseless and defamatory statements made against her.
She alleged that some individuals had deliberately used her name while making statements that she considers defamatory.
According to her, she will file a defamation case against those responsible for the alleged remarks.
She warned that anyone making false or defamatory statements involving her name would face legal consequences.
The former BJP leader did not provide further details about the specific statements or individuals against whom the proposed case would be filed.
