A man was killed and five others were injured after a Bolero vehicle overturned in the Marmat area of Doda district on Saturday, officials said.
According to officials, the accident occurred near Marmat when the Bolero, bearing registration number JK06-6479, lost control and overturned. Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
One person died in the accident, while five others sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Doda for medical treatment.
The deceased was identified as Gulzar Ahmed, a resident of Kalhota.
The injured were identified as Ashvin Singh, Pawan Kumar, Pinku Kumar, Kalyan Singh and Balbir Singh.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and started further investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the accident.
