According to organisers, the event has been dedicated to the memory of the Pahalgam Martyrs and is expected to attract analysts, journalists and members of the Kashmiri diaspora from across the world.

Focus on Media and Public Responsibility

The discussion will examine the role of media in shaping public opinion about Jammu and Kashmir.

It will also cover the responsibilities of civil society during sensitive times and the wider challenges of protecting truth, democratic values and national unity.

Senior Journalist to Deliver Keynote Address

Ashwani Kumar will deliver the keynote address as the distinguished guest speaker.

He is widely known for his long experience in reporting on Jammu and Kashmir issues.

Session to Be Chaired by Surinder Zutshi

The session will be chaired and moderated by Surinder Zutshi.

Zutshi said the forum aims to create a responsible international platform where facts, memory and national concerns can be discussed with seriousness and dignity.
