Two Killed, Two Critical After Eco Vehicle Accident in Rajouri’s Kotranka

Two people were killed and two others are in critical condition after an Eco vehicle met with an accident at Kandi Morha in the Kotranka subdivision of Rajouri district on Sunday, officials said.

According to officials, the vehicle, bearing registration number JK11D-7667, was travelling from Kandi towards Mohra when the accident occurred.

Six Injured in Accident

Six people were injured in the crash and were shifted to Government Medical College (GMC), Rajouri, for treatment.

Officials said two of the injured later succumbed to their injuries despite medical treatment.

Two other injured persons remain in critical condition and are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

The condition of the remaining two injured persons has been reported as stable.

Police Begin Investigation

Police have taken cognisance of the accident and started an investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the crash.
