POK is Foreign Territory For Pakistan,Training Camps For Terrorists are Still Operating from There: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh

Jammu and Kashmir is incomplete without PoK and it is nothing more than a foreign territory for Pakistan, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said in Jammu on Tuesday.

“PoK is being used to operate terrorism. Training camps for terrorists are still operating from PoK and launch pads have been built in the areas adjacent to the border. The Indian government knows everything. Pakistan will have to end them,” Rajnath Singh said while addressing veterans during the celebration of the 9th Armed Forces Veterans’ Day programme at Tanda Artillery Brigade in Akhnoor.

The Defence Minister said that the people living in PoK are being deprived of a dignified life.

“Efforts are being made by the rulers of Pakistan to mislead and incite them against India in the name of religion. The venom that the illegal Prime Minister of PoK has recently spewed against India is a part of Pakistan’s conspiracy. What PoK’s Prime Minister Anwarul Haq is saying today is the same anti-India agenda that the rulers of Pakistan have been running since the time of General Zia-ul-Haq,” he said.

“PoK is the jewel in the crown of India. In any case, PoK is nothing more than a foreign territory for Pakistan,” he added. He hoisted a 108-foot national flag and inaugurated a heritage museum in the Akhnoor.

“This year we are celebrating Veterans Day in Akhnoor. This is definitely a big moment for us. The biggest priority of our government has been to bridge the distance between Kashmir and the rest of the country,” said Singh.

“We have started to end terrorism by ending Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Today the situation in J&K has changed to a great extent. J&K is incomplete without PoK,” he added.

The Defence Minister said that in the 1965 war, Indian forces succeeded in hoisting the tricolour on Haji Pir but it was left on the negotiating table. “If this had not happened, the infiltration routes of terrorists would have been closed at that time itself,” he added.

“Despite this, Pakistan has not given up terrorism to date. Even today, more than eighty per cent of terrorists come to India from Pakistan. The terrorism going on across the border would have ended in 1965 itself if the then government had not turned the many strategic advantages gained on the battlefield into strategic disadvantages on the negotiating table,” he said. Viral Pictures of Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in Kashmir’s Gulmarg Revealed as AI Creations

Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai

Recently, a series of images featuring Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the picturesque tourist destination of Gulmarg, Kashmir, have gone viral on social media. The images, which depict the duo seemingly enjoying their time in the stunning landscapes of Kashmir, quickly caught the attention of fans and social media users, sparking widespread speculation and excitement. However, after close scrutiny and investigation, it has been revealed that these images are not real but were created using artificial intelligence (AI).

Sources close to the actors have confirmed that the images were fabricated with the help of AI technology, designed to look as though they were taken during their visit to the popular tourist spot. The viral photos suggested that Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai were spending time in Gulmarg, which added fuel to rumors and led many to believe that the two were indeed vacationing there.

However, it is now clear that the images were intentionally shared online to create buzz, and the viral nature of these photos is a reflection of the growing power of AI-generated content in the digital age. AI tools, which can generate highly realistic images and videos, have become increasingly accessible, making it easier for anyone with basic technical knowledge to manipulate media and create convincing yet fictional content.

In the wake of the viral spread, experts have raised concerns about the potential risks of AI-generated images and videos, especially when used to mislead or create false narratives. While the technology itself can be fascinating and has numerous beneficial applications, it also presents challenges in distinguishing between what is real and what is artificially created.

For now, Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have not made any public comments regarding the AI-generated images. However, their fans and the public have quickly recognized that the images circulating on social media were not genuine. The actors’ presence in Gulmarg, though, remains unconfirmed, and it appears that the two may not have visited the location as implied by the viral pictures.

This incident highlights the growing influence of AI in shaping digital media and the need for vigilance when consuming content online. As AI technology continues to evolve, it is becoming increasingly important for individuals to critically assess the authenticity of the media they encounter, especially on social platforms where misinformation can spread rapidly.

BJP Welcomes Omar Abdullah’s Statement on Violence, Discusses Statehood and Progress in Jammu and Kashmir

BJP leader

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Monday welcomed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s statement that those who commit violence will always face defeat in the region. The party also mentioned that statehood will be restored at an appropriate time.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Z-Morh Tunnel by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Omar Abdullah had emphasized that those who support violence would never succeed in Jammu and Kashmir.“Perpetrators of violence will always face defeat in Jammu and Kashmir, and we will not allow them to harm democracy in the region,” Abdullah had said.

Commenting on the statement, BJP’s Leader of Opposition (LOP) in J&K Assembly and MLA Padder-Nagseni, Sunil Sharma expressed his appreciation for the chief minister’s statement.

“We welcome Omar Abdullah’s statement on terrorism. Earlier, political parties were acting as a shield for separatism, but after the abrogation of Article 370, things have changed drastically. Terrorism is being wiped out, and while there are occasional incidents, we firmly believe it will soon be eradicated,” Sharma told KINS exclusively.

The BJP leader said that Omar Abdullah brought up the issue of statehood during his address. “Let me remind you that the Prime Minister has previously stated it will be restored at the appropriate time,”Sharma further said that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir has changed significantly after the region became a Union Territory.

“Since the Ministry of Home affairs took charge, the law and order situation has greatly improved. Now, all political parties, including those in Jammu and Kashmir, understand that the Centre will never tolerate terrorism or separatism,” he added.

The BJP leader also highlighted how the region’s political landscape has shifted under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

Sharma mentioned the case of MP Engineer Rashid, who according to him was ‘previously rejecting the Governor’s authority, even now seems to align with the government’s progress’. “Engineer Rashid and his party, used to disrupt the Governor’s addresses, is now appreciating the developments initiated by the Prime Minister and Home Minister,” he said.

“This is a new Jammu and Kashmir. We believe it is true. With the completion of projects like the ring road, railway, highways, and tunnels, peace has returned, stone-pelting is over, and terrorism is on the decline. This is the ‘Naya Kashmir,’ and it is a direct result of PM Modi’s leadership,” he said.

Sharma pointed out the transformation of the Jammu and Srinagar national highway, which was once in dilapidated condition.“Now, the situation has changed. Projects like the Ring Road, Rafiabad-Kupwara road, and the planned eight to nine-hour travel time from Kashmir to Delhi show how much progress has been made,” he concluded.

Meghan Markle: A Modern Royal, Activist, and Global Icon

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle, born Rachel Meghan Markle on August 4, 1981, in Los Angeles, California, is an American actress, philanthropist, author, and, more recently, a prominent figure in the British royal family. Her life has been marked by dramatic shifts in her personal and professional trajectory, from being a beloved television actress to becoming a global symbol of change, social justice, and empowerment. She is perhaps most well-known for her marriage to Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and her eventual departure from royal duties, which catapulted her into the spotlight as a public figure with a distinct voice on social and political issues.

Early Life and Education

Meghan Markle was raised in a multicultural household. Her father, Thomas Markle, is of Dutch-Irish descent, while her mother, Doria Ragland, is African American. Meghan’s upbringing in a diverse environment significantly influenced her perspective on race, identity, and the importance of inclusivity.

She attended Northwestern University in Illinois, where she earned a degree in Theatre and International Studies. Meghan was drawn to the arts, but her interest in humanitarian work and social justice also began to take shape during her university years. She participated in various volunteer and outreach programs, often championing women’s rights and advocating for underserved communities.

Acting Career

Before stepping into the royal spotlight, Meghan made her name as an actress in Hollywood. She is best known for her role as Rachel Zane on the legal drama series Suits, which ran from 2011 to 2018. Her portrayal of the ambitious paralegal quickly won her admiration and recognition from both critics and fans.

In addition to her acting career, Meghan appeared in several other television series and films, including 90210, Castle, and Remember Me. Her early career also involved appearances in various commercials, which helped her hone her public persona and brand.

Despite her rising fame in the entertainment industry, Meghan Markle was never content with just being a celebrity. She used her platform to speak out on issues she was passionate about, including gender equality, mental health awareness, and racial justice. This combination of fame and activism would eventually define her public image as a member of the royal family.

Activism and Humanitarian Work

Meghan’s activism is deeply rooted in her own life experiences. From a young age, she was outspoken about issues related to social inequality. She made her first major political statement at the age of 11 when she wrote a letter to Procter & Gamble, urging them to change an offensive commercial that used the phrase “women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans.” Her efforts led to the company changing its campaign.

As she grew older, Meghan Markle became involved in various charitable activities. She worked as an ambassador for World Vision Canada and traveled to Rwanda to support the organization’s clean water initiative. She has also worked with organizations such as the United Nations Women, where she became a global advocate for gender equality. Meghan’s work focused largely on empowering women and girls, with particular attention given to education and access to opportunities for those in marginalized communities.

Meghan’s work was always a blend of her advocacy for gender rights, racial equality, and social justice, long before she became involved with the royal family. She was a vocal supporter of the #MeToo movement and a proponent of fair representation in the media. Her public positions often challenged the status quo and attracted both admiration and controversy.

Marriage to Prince Harry and Royal Life

In 2016, Meghan Markle met Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, during a blind date arranged by a mutual friend. Their whirlwind romance became public in late 2016, and by November 2017, they announced their engagement. The couple was married in a globally televised wedding at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on May 19, 2018. The ceremony was celebrated by millions around the world and was a groundbreaking moment for the royal family, as Meghan, a biracial American actress, became the Duchess of Sussex.

During their time as senior members of the royal family, Meghan and Harry used their position to raise awareness about issues they deeply care about, including mental health, racial inequality, and environmental sustainability. They established their charitable foundation, The Archewell Foundation, with the mission of creating compassionate communities.

However, Meghan’s time as a working royal was fraught with challenges. She faced intense media scrutiny, often criticised for her fashion choices, her background, and even her behavior. The British press, in particular, was often harsh in its coverage of Meghan, which sparked widespread conversations about the treatment of women, particularly women of colour, in the media. Meghan and Harry have since been vocal about their negative experiences with the press, and their decision to step back from their royal duties in 2020 was largely motivated by the intense press intrusion into their private lives.

Stepping Back from Royal Duties

In January 2020, Meghan and Harry announced their decision to step back as senior members of the royal family in a move that shocked the world. The couple cited their desire to live more independently, with less public scrutiny and the freedom to pursue their charitable interests on their own terms. In doing so, they became known as the “Sussexes,” and their departure from royal life marked the beginning of a new chapter.

Since stepping back, Meghan and Harry have relocated to the United States, where they settled in California. They have continued to engage in activism and philanthropy, focusing on mental health, racial justice, and environmental issues. Their podcast, Archetypes, launched in 2022, explores issues surrounding women and the societal pressures they face. Meghan has also authored a children’s book, The Bench, which explores the bond between fathers and sons, inspired by her own relationship with Harry and their son, Archie.

In addition, Meghan has openly shared her personal experiences, including her struggles with mental health, miscarriage, and the pressure of public life. These candid revelations have drawn both admiration and criticism but have also highlighted her role as a vocal advocate for mental health and well-being.

Meghan’s Influence and Legacy

Meghan Markle’s legacy is still unfolding. She has emerged as an icon of independence, modernity, and activism. Through her public statements, philanthropic work, and media ventures, she has reshaped the conversation around the role of women in power and the ways in which race, privilege, and identity intersect.

Her journey has not been without its challenges, including public criticism, media attacks, and struggles with mental health. Yet, her refusal to conform to traditional royal expectations has allowed her to chart a course that is uniquely her own. She has inspired countless individuals to speak up, pursue their passions, and fight for a more inclusive and just world.

In a time when public figures often face intense scrutiny and divisive opinions, Meghan Markle remains a figure of resilience, courage, and determination. Whether through her advocacy for women’s rights, her commitment to social causes, or her role as a mother, wife, and public figure, Meghan continues to redefine what it means to be a modern royal, a philanthropist, and a global icon.
