Indian Army Spots 15 Pak Drones Near LoC in Keran, Fires Warning Shots

Indian Army troops spotted and challenged around fifteen Pakistani drones near the Line of Control (LoC) in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday.

Officials said the drones were seen flying in the Jodha Makan Beerandori area of the Keran sector. Personnel from the 06 Rashtriya Rifles unit observed the aerial activity and immediately responded by firing warning shots.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Following the troops’ response, all the drones reportedly retreated back across the LoC. Officials described the firing as “non-effective,” confirming that there was no loss of life or damage reported on the Indian side.

The situation along the sector remains under close watch, with security agencies intensifying surveillance and maintaining a heightened state of alert to monitor any further such activity and prevent potential threats.
