The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (J&K BOSE) has announced the schedule for online submission of annual examination forms for Class 11th and 12th (Regular) students of Kashmir Division, winter zone areas of Jammu Division, and districts Kargil and Leh for the October-November 2025 session.
According to the notification issued by the Joint Secretary, Examinations JD/KD, students can submit their examination forms from September 11 to September 25 with the prescribed normal fee. The forms can also be submitted during the extended dates — from September 26 to October 2 and from October 3 to October 9, with late fees applicable.
The Board has instructed all institutions to ensure timely submission of forms and advised students to carefully verify their details while entering information on the designated portal.
Parents and students have been urged to complete the process within the stipulated time frame to avoid late fees. The Board has clarified that no forms will be entertained after October 9, 2025, under any circumstances.

Meanwhile, the J&K BOSE has reaffirmed its commitment to conduct the annual examinations for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th in November 2025, in line with government directions to restore the academic session of Kashmir Division and winter zone Jammu Division from March to November.
