Senior political leader and former legislator from north Kashmir’s Uri, Taj Mohiuddin has announced that he will contest the upcoming elections as an independent candidate, sources said.
They also said that the Mehbooba Mufti-led Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended support to the former minister.
