Former IAS Officer G.A. Peer of Seer Hamdan Passes Away in Srinagar After Brief Illness

According to details received by Kashmir News Corner (KNC), Peer Saheb had been unwell for some time and breathed his last on Sunday. His demise has been widely mourned by people from all walks of life, including retired officials, civil society members, and locals from his hometown.

A native of Seer Hamdan in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, G.A. Peer served the administration with integrity and dedication throughout his distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service.
