Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, on Monday addressed the convocation ceremony of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University in Muzaffarpur, Bihar
Sinha, who is also the Chancellor of Universities in J&K, congratulated the graduating students and lauded the institution’s role in nurturing talent and contributing to nation-building.
He called upon the youth to uphold values of knowledge, innovation and social responsibility while pursuing their careers.
The convocation was attended by university officials, faculty members, students and dignitaries from various walks of life.
