Five Killed, Six Injured as Sumo Falls into Ditch on Teetwal–Simari Road in Kupwara

Five people were killed and six others injured in a road accident on the Teetwal–Simari road in the Karnah area of Kupwara district on Monday. Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The accident took place in the Simari area when a Sumo vehicle reportedly fell into a ditch. The injured were initially taken to Sub-District Hospital Tangdhar for treatment.
The injured were later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Handwara for further medical care. The identities of the deceased and injured were not immediately available.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the accident. Further details are awaited.
