Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday interacted with religious leaders and members of civil society in Srinagar in the wake of recent developments in West Asia.

The Chief Minister underscored the importance of maintaining peace and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir, stating that while people’s sentiments must be respected, expressions of grief and mourning should remain peaceful and responsible.
Also Fatiha was offered for Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei and for all those who lost their lives in the recent developments in Iran. The participants prayed for peace and expressed hope for stability.
