During the tour, the youth will visit several parts of India, including Chandigarh, Haryana, and Shimla. The programme is designed to give them direct exposure to India’s rich culture, traditions, and development journey.
The initiative supports the national vision of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, which focuses on strengthening unity, promoting cultural understanding, and encouraging harmony among people from different regions.
The tour will help participants learn through real-life experiences, interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and better understand India’s shared heritage and values.
The programme is being coordinated by Prosperous, Accountable and Transparent J&K, an NGO, in collaboration with the Haryana Media Association and the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Jammu.
Officials said such initiatives play an important role in building confidence among youth and encouraging them to become responsible, informed, and united citizens.
