A disturbing video showing an individual allegedly assaulting an elderly man, reportedly his father, has surfaced on social media, prompting swift action by the police in Tangmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
A police official said that taking cognizance of the video, a case has been registered at Police Station Tangmarg. “The individual seen in the video has been detained and further investigation into the matter is underway,” the official said.
The police have assured that strict action will be taken in accordance with the law after completion of the investigation, the official added.
