A gun battle broke out on Wednesday between security forces and militants in the Bichaar area of Chhatroo, located in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district.

Additional troops have been sent to the spot, and the operation is currently ongoing. More details are awaited.This incident follows a separate encounter in nearby Udhampur district earlier, where security forces eliminated two militants.
