Farooq Abdullah Visits Iranian Embassy in Delhi, Signs Condolence Book for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi and signed the condolence book following the martyrdom of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Spiritual and Supreme Leader of Iran.

During his visit, Dr Farooq Abdullah expressed deep sorrow and anguish over the assassination of the revered Iranian leader. He conveyed heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Iran on behalf of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

The National Conference president also strongly condemned the attack carried out by the United States and Israel on Iran, calling it a serious violation of international law. He said such actions pose a major threat to regional peace and stability.

Dr Farooq Abdullah was accompanied by Members of Parliament Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan, Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, and Gurwinder Singh Oberoi during the visit.
