This year, girls have outperformed boys once again. The pass percentage for boys stands at 82 percent, while girls recorded a higher success rate of 86 percent, highlighting their consistent academic progress.

Speaking to Greater Kashmir, JKBOSE Chairman Ghulam Hassan Sheikh confirmed that the results would be announced after 2 pm. He said students should wait for the official declaration and avoid unnecessary confusion.

“All students should wait for the official announcement. The results will be made available on the same platforms that were used for the Class 10 results,” he said.

The chairman also warned students and parents to stay alert against fake links and rumours circulating on social media, especially on WhatsApp.

“Students must remain patient and trust only official sources. Do not rely on unverified links, as the results will be formally declared after 2 pm,” he added.

Education officials believe the steady pass percentage reflects improved preparation and growing confidence among students across Jammu and Kashmir.
