JKBOSE Declares Class 10 Results with 85.03 Pass Percentage, Marks Best Student Performance in Recent Year

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Wednesday morning declared the results of the Class 10 regular annual examination, recording an overall pass percentage of 85.03 percent.

According to official figures shared by JKBOSE, a total of 94,845 students had enrolled for the Class 10 annual exams. Out of these, 80,650 students successfully qualified, reflecting a strong improvement in academic performance across the region. Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

An official from JKBOSE told Greater Kashmir that this year’s outcome marks the best student performance in the last few years. He said the higher pass percentage shows better preparation, improved teaching support, and growing student focus despite recent challenges.

The board also highlighted a clear improvement compared to last year. In the previous academic session, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 students stood at 79 percent. At that time, 1,45,671 students had appeared for the examination, and 1,16,453 were declared qualified.

Students can check their results on the official JKBOSE website, where detailed scorecards and subject-wise marks have been uploaded.

Education observers believe the improved results reflect positive changes in the schooling system and renewed confidence among students. Parents and teachers have welcomed the outcome, calling it an encouraging sign for future academic years in Jammu and Kashmir.
