Cabinet Expansion Completes Vacancies
The cabinet expansion comes after the Omar Abdullah-led government completed two years in office. The recent induction of ministers fills vacancies in the Council of Ministers and distributes responsibilities across key sectors.
The new allocation places major departments under different ministers, including revenue administration, electricity, finance, education, agriculture and public works.
The performance of these departments will remain important for the implementation of government programmes and the delivery of public services across Jammu and Kashmir.
