Three IUST Students Honoured

The honour was presented by Ramdas Athawale during a felicitation ceremony held on April 20, 2026.

Students Recognised for Social Contribution

The students honoured were Malik Mohammad Usman and Musaib Farooq, both enrolled in the BA FYUGP programme in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication.

They were joined by Ahmad Rashid Chadinoo, an English Literature student who is also pursuing Journalism and Mass Communication as a minor subject.

Recognition for Anti-Drug Campaigns

The three students were acknowledged for their active role in anti-drug awareness drives and community-focused social work.

Their efforts have been praised as an important contribution towards spreading awareness among young people about the dangers of drug abuse.
