A Srinagar-based dental doctor, Dr. Rouf Jeelani, has made an emotional appeal to the government, seeking urgent help to airlift his critically ill wife from Mecca in Saudi Arabia to Srinagar for specialised medical treatment. Dr. Jeelani had travelled to Saudi Arabia with his wife to perform Umrah when she suddenly suffered a stroke during
