Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Friday said that he agrees with PM Modi’s remarks at BRICS in which he said that the current era is one of ‘dialogue and diplomacy’ and not of war. Addressing a gathering at Jamia Masjid, Mirwaiz recalled that APHC was formed in 1993, and its “proclamation clearly stated that it advocates
