In Chakpora, south Kashmir’s Kulgam, two laborers tragically lost their lives after slipping into a trench, while two others were rescued. Working in the trench, they slipped suddenly, prompting a swift response from police and locals. Though rushed to the hospital, two of them, identified as Maqbool Dar of Kulgam and Aziz ur Rehman of Bengal, succumbed to their injuries. Medical superintendent Gulzar Ahmad Dar confirmed the fatalities, stating that one is under treatment while another has been discharged.
