Army and J&K police Launched Operation in Wanigam Pattan of North Kashmir

Security forces Wednesday morning launched a search operation in Wanigam area of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla, reports said.

Following the inputs of suspected militant activity in the area, Indian army and J&K police cordoned off the area, securing strategic points in and around Wanigam.A large number of troops are presently conducting thorough searches in the area, news agency KNS reported.
