Police Investigating Team led by Inspector Majid Hassan Rewards for Securing 10-Year imprisonment from Court against a Drug Peddler

A police team led by Inspector Majid Hassan was rewarded for securing a 10-year imprisonment in a major drug peddling case (FIR No. 113/2020) from Police Station Parimpora.

SSP Srinagar presented a cash reward of ₹35,000 and a commendation certificate sanctioned by the DGP, J&K, to the team. He praised their efforts and reaffirmed the police’s commitment to combating drug trafficking and safeguarding the community. The conviction stands as a strong deterrent to drug offenders and reinforces public trust in law enforcement.
