Srinagar, Jan 11 : Ahead of the forthcoming Urs observances of Hazrat Baha Ud Din Gunj Baksh Kashmiri (RA) and Hazrat Baba Haji Adhami (RA), Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar called for comprehensive arrangements to cater to the needs of devotees.
In a press statement issued from the party headquarters, Sagar emphasized the importance of effective arrangements during the annual Urs observances at the revered shrines located in Nawhatta. He urged the administration to fulfill its duty by ensuring a seamless Urs observance, providing continuous transport facilities, and ensuring the availability of essential amenities such as drinking water and electricity supply at the sacred sites.
Sagar further appealed to the administration to facilitate public transport on the roads leading to the major shrines, enhancing the overall experience for devotees participating in the Urs ceremonies.
