KVK Ganderbal Holds Awareness and Training Programme on Climate-Resilient Farming Practices in Kashmir Valley
KVK Ganderbal organised an Awareness and Training Programme on Climate-Resilient Technologies for Sustainable Farming Practices in Kashmir Valley in collaboration with the Division of Environmental Sciences, SKUAST-K, on 26th November 2024 at the KVK campus.
The programme offered valuable insights into addressing environmental degradation and pollution, conserving resources, using pesticides and fertilisers judiciously, and adopting climate-resilient strategies for future sustainability. Participants included scientists, supporting staff from KVK and SKUAST-K, students and teachers from local colleges, and farmers.
