BJP Appointed G Kishan Reddy Election In-Charge for J&k Assembly Elections
In a recent announcement, BJP national president J P Nadda has designated state election in-charges and co-in-charges for the forthcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra, Haryana, Jharkhand, and Jammu and Kashmir.
Highlighting Jammu and Kashmir, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has been appointed as the state election in-charge.
For other states:
- Maharashtra: Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav as in-charge, with Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav as co-in-charge.
- Haryana: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan as in-charge, with former Chief Minister and MP Biplab Kumar Deb as co-in-charge.
- Jharkhand: Union Minister and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan as in-charge, with Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma as co-in-charge.
Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Haryana are set to hold elections later this year, with dates yet to be announced.
