Police Attach Immovable Property of Drug Peddler in Kulgam

Srinagar Jan 16 : Police on Tuesday attached an immovable property of another drug peddler in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Police told  that the property comprising an under construction house on ten marlas of land bearing survey number 622 has been attached under Section 68F(2) of NDPS Act 1985. 
The accused drug peddler, whose property was attached, has been identified as Barkatullah Mir son of Mohammad Abdullah Mir, a resident of Buchroo Kulgam. 
It is pertinent to mention that an immovable property, a double-storied residential house, of another drug peddler was attached on Monday in Kulgam under 68F(2) of NDPS Act 1985.
