We extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray to Allah to grant the departed soul Jannat-ul-Firdous, and give patience and strength to his loved ones during this difficult time.
We strongly urge the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Omar Abdullah sahab, and the Chandigarh authorities to immediately investigate this matter, ensure justice, and facilitate the dignified return of the deceased to his family for proper burial.
The Justice & Development Front also strongly condemns the harassment and violence faced by Kashmiris in various parts of India. Such acts threaten communal harmony and undermine the social fabric safeguarded by the Constitution. These injustices cannot be ignored and must be addressed urgently and fairly.
