Police Attaches Property of Terrorist Associate Mohd Subhan Khan Under UAPA in Sopore
Police in Sopore have attached a single-storied residential house along with 16 Marlas of land (Survey No. 354) in estate Nowpora Kalan Sopore.
The said property belongs to terrorist associate Mohd Subhan Khan son of Ab Satar Khan resident of Nowpora Kalan, Sopore and was attached under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA). This action is connected to case FIR No. 105/2024 of Police Station Sopore. The attachment was executed in the presence of a duly constituted police team and the Executive Magistrate, ensuring adherence to all legal protocols.
