Hazrat Allama Maulana Rahmatullah Mir Qasmi, President Rabitaya madaris Islamia Arabiaya jammu kashmir presided over the Dastar Bandi Programme in which seven Hufaz-e-Karam were ordained have get Dastarbandhi.Allama mir Qasmi Sahib gave a special prayer for the entire Muslim Ummah by explaining the reasons for the greatness of the Qur’an.
